Dr. Jean Emans, Head of Faculty Development at Boston Children’s Hospital, will be speaking about her experience in developing and leading a very successful faculty development program at the Boston Children’s Hospital. We aim to discuss with Dr. Emans the various aspects of establishing a faculty development office, such as starting a mentoring program, offering special programming for women and minority faculty, and measuring the success of the office.
