Joseph Wearn Society
Dr. Ricanati is Dean of the Joseph Wearn Society. He received his M.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Ricanati trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. After completing his specialty training, he served three years in the National Health Service based at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He returned to CWRU School of Medicine in 2001 to run the Core Physician Development Program, the small group learning program that grew into the current Inquiry Group Program. Dr. Ricanati is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Director of the Inquiry Group (IQ) Program at the School of Medicine. He is also an attending physician in General Internal Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center.
