Summary of 5-13-99 CME Minutes

1. The Macy Doctor/Patient Communication Skills OSCE began May 8 and ended May 12. There were six circuits involving 55 CWRU year two participating students. The same OSCE stations are being run at New York University and the University of Massachusetts with their year two students. A post-OSCE student questionnaire exists. Results will be shared at the end of the three-school project in 2002. A post-OSCE feedback session will take place on June 2 at noon in Lerner 2060—interested faculty are welcome to attend.
