Engagement of Services

  • Labor rates are $82.50 per hour, billed in 15 min. increments.


  • Estimates and consultation based on hourly rate.

    •
      Consultation charges apply when a billable amount of time is used during involvement
      in new equipment purchases. Estimates are billable and will be applied to the repair
      charges as they are a preliminary part of the repair. Any amount of time spent on a
      repair that is aborted by the requestor for any reason is billable.

  • All repairs are scheduled upon receipt of a completed request form.

      • Work will be prioritized at the discretion of the Director of the Basic Science
      Instrument Center. This includes emergency requests.

  • Forms are available outside of Room TB07, SIRC Facility,
    and from department administrators that have requested a supply.
