TRANSCRIPTS and VERIFICATIONS
For most requests, please allow 5 -10 days for processing.Transcripts:
Case Western Reserve University considers the grades earned by students and other information about performance at the University to be a private matter. Please complete and submit a transcript request form either in person, by mail or by fax to have a transcript of grades released. Transcripts will not be issued to, or on behalf of, students who have not discharged all delinquent obligations to the University. A $5 processing fee is charged for each transcript copy; $10 for each faxed copy. Faxed copies are not considered official documents. Please verify with the recipient that a faxed copy is acceptable.
Verifications:
The Office of the Registrar provides documents to support verification requests for licensure, M.D. degrees and enrollment for graduates of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Please submit a request in writing by fax (216.368.4621) or mail only. Do not submit a request more than once. All third party requests for verification must include a consent to release information.
