Welcome to the website for the School of Medicine (SOM) Office of the Registrar at Case Western Reserve University.

The SOM Office of the Registrar is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all activities related to student enrollment records and registration.

Office Hours:

Monday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Closed 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. for Staff Meetings)
Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Important: Due to the Republican National Convention, the School of Medicine Office of the Registrar will be closed Monday, July 18 through Thursday, July 21, 2016. Our office will resume regular operations on Friday, July 22. Please note that we may not begin processing our document services and verification requests received by mail, fax, email or online until Friday, July 22.

Urgent matters will be reviewed and we will respond as soon as possible. We will respond to all non urgent correspondence as soon as possible after July 21.

We will update this website with changes, if any.

The SOM Office of the Registrar is closed on the following University Holidays: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
