Bioninformatics Core Facility at Case
The Bioinformatics Core Facility recently provided application in differential expression analysis, missing value issues, background correction, and statistical significance on our study aimed at identifying changes in protein expression correlated to erectile dysfunction during a type-I diabetes condition. The effect of a drug-induced type I diabetes was tested in a rat model over time, where proteome-wide expression data and erectile dysfunction measurements were assessed simultaneously.
