Data analysis: Pentium 3 computer (836MHz, 512MB RAM) running Windows XP and Omnic/Atlus 7.3.
Laser Jet 5P printer

OPTICAL CONFIGURATION

Total Angular Acceptance:  45H x 45V mrad.
Mirror
Water-cooled silicon carbide beam extraction; beam is steered and focused by a combination of ellipsoidal and planar mirrors to provide a 1:1 image of the source. Beam passes through a wedged diamond window and continues through rough vacuum and then through either KBr or polyethylene window into the nitrogen-purged instrumentation listed above.
