to better understand how the rates are calculated, we have developed

Inventory
Sheet Sample
We take inventory of animals once monthly. The inventory is the
way we collect revenue to continue providing the service you need.
We have prepared an instruction sheet for completing the Inventory

This sample shows how animals should be accounted for on the inventory
sheet. Inventory sheets are maintained in the Animal Room Data Book
in every housing room. It is very important to follow proper procedure
so that you are billed appropriately. If animals are not marked
in and out of the room properly, the result will be a higher charge
on your bill.
