For six weeks, students are kept busy with classes, home work and social activities. Check out the a typical schedule.
Curriculum
All students will have at least three opportunities to shadow a physician or dentist. We also sponsor a Medical School Fair, where approximately 15 medical school representatives from across the country talk with students about their institutions. Another notable aspect of SMDEP is students' daily interaction with minority medical and dental students. Every participant will have an opportunity for a one-on-one meeting with a member of our Admissions Committee.
