Students have access to all of the buildings on the CASE campus, including the cafeteria, library, and computer lab. Two of the hospitals that are part of the school's health care system, University Hospital and Rainbow Babies and Children's, are located adjacent to the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.
 Students are housed, at no charge, on campus; all meals and limited travel expenses are also provided. Each student receives a stipend after successfully completing the program. Limited health insurance is also provided to participants.
