Current evidence form epidemiological and animal
studies suggests that lipid homeostasis plays an
important role in AD. With collaborators L. Sparks,
G. Perry and M, Smith we are investigating the
effects of a high cholesterol diet in aged beagles.
The role of copper supplementation is also being
studied.
