The over arching mission of the Case School of Medicine Financial Operations Office (hereinafter called "CSM Financial Operations") is to provide leadership for CSM in the areas of financial management and related business services. Toward that end, the fundamental goal of the office is to promote a sound and effective business management environment (spanning from the business office community to executive management) which adequately supports and advances the School's core missions of teaching, research, and patient care, while promoting integrity, compliance and continuous improvement in the financial records, systems and business practices employed by the School
