The Office of Faculty Affairs and Human Resources oversees professional development, personnel issues, legal affairs and governance for the faculty members of the Case School of Medicine.
The office works with department chairs to manage faculty recruitment, appointments, promotions, tenure decisions, and salary increases. The office provides orientation for new faculty and hosts periodic meetings for departmental administrators to discuss and provide instruction on the appointment and promotion process.
The office also oversees standing committee operations, payroll and human resources functions, faculty performance evaluation, endowed chairs and professorships; statistical reporting, and serves as a liaison to the Office of the Provost. |
