In-line Skating (Elbow Injuries)

In-line skating causes a lot of injuries.

One-fourth of these injuries are fractures of the wrist.

These findings were reported in the New England Journal of Medicine but they also reported a large number of elbow injuries.

Furthermore, the individuals who did not wear wrist or elbow guards were approximately ten times more likely to have injuries than those who did.

Wear all your protective gear if you're doing in-line skating.....and have fun.
