Fruits and Vegetables

Here's some more good news for fruit lovers.

An article in the British Medical Journal recently reported a study of the eating habits of 11,000 health conscious people.

Those who ate fresh fruit on a daily basis had a 32% lower mortality rate than those who didn't.

AND.... a daily raw salad cut death from heart attacks by 26%.

However, the Doctors went on to say that those who had a vegetarian diet did not have a significantly lower death rate.

So.......What to do???? Eat a well balanced diet and reduce the fat content.
