Dietary Fat Part #1

Lower levels of fat in your diet has been shown to reduce high cholesterol in many people...but how low is low enough?

The Journal of the American Medical Association reports a study which shows that a moderate reduction in dietary fat....down to 26%-30% of your total calories....is sufficient.

Beyond that, extreme reductions do not provide further benefits and may be harmful.

More on this later, but this is welcome news for many.
