Cow's Milk - Not a Cause of Diabetes

We know Mother's milk is best for young babies. But is cow's milk bad for some and could it cause Diabetes?

A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association disputes previous reports that showed an increase of Diabetes among children given cow's milk prior to three months of age.

The new study found that children with early indications of Diabetes were no more likely to have had cow's milk in the first few months of age than children without early signs of Diabetes.

It concludes that cow's milk contains many valuable nutrients, and should not be withheld if needed, without strong scientific reasons.
