Dutch Exercise Study

And one more study demonstrates the benefits of exercise.

The Archives of Internal Medicine reports a Dutch study of the exercise habits of 800 men aged 64 to 84.

The findings indicate that walking or cycling three times a week for at least twenty minutes each time was enough to reduce the risk of dying from all causes, not just heart disease, by about 30%.

The risk of death from stroke was reduced further, by approximately 60%!! and the more intense the activity, the better.

There doesn't seem to be much doubt that daily exercise will help you live longer.
