Alternative Medicine

A study of over a thousand people reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that alternative medicine was used to treat the majority of their health problems.

The most common conditions so treated were back trouble, allergies, sprains and strains, digestive difficulties, and respiratory conditions.

Almost all the people also received standard health care; only 4.4% relied entirely on alternative treatment.

Be sure you also get good scientific care if you are planning alternative therapy, and talk to your doctor first.
