Beta Carotene

Several reports show that eating fruits and vegetables containing Beta-Carotene has a protective effect against cancer and heart disease.

But how about just taking Beta Carotene itself. Will that have the same effect?

No!!!... says a new report in the New England Journal of Medicine.

The latest studies now show that taking Beta-Carotene supplementation has no effect on cancer or heart disease.

So...save your money and buy more fruits and veggies.
