Exercise and Breast Cancer

We have heard a lot about the advantages of exercise and the preventing of heart disease.....but here is another great value obtained from exercise.

The New England Journal of Medicine reports a study showing a significant reduction in breast cancer among women who have regular physical activity compared to those who are sedentary.

The activity could be anything from walking during leisure time to heavy manual labor at work. The greater the activity the greater the benefit.

Now is the time to get some outdoor exercise.......and take your man with you.
