It's amazing how much second hand smoke to which we are exposed.....and don't even know about it!
The JAMA reports a study of almost 17,000 people and showed that although only 37% of non-smokers reported being exposed to second hand smoke, 88% had evidence of such exposure in their blood, urine or saliva.
Every day seems to bring new evidence of the sea of smoke in which we live.
So, try your best to stop smoking.
