Vegetables and a Healthy Life

For years doctors have been telling us to eat fruits and vegetables for a healthy life.

Here is one more reason why.

The New England Journal of Medicine reports a study of 459 men and women who were fed diets that were first low in certain food groups, then, later, high in those same food groups.

The blood pressure of the patients was significantly reduced when eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy foods with reduced saturated and total fat.

Eat those VEGGIES!!
