Alzheimer's and Strokes

Alzheimer's Disease is getting a lot of attention and we're finding we can help those patients.

Now the Journal of The American Medical Association reports that patients with small strokes, which is a vascular condition, have tangled nerves in the brain similar to the tangles of Alzheimer's.

Furthermore, these are the patients who also have the memory loss of Alzheimer's.

It may be that taking steps to prevent cardiovascular disease could also be helpful in preventing Alzheimer's.
