High Blood Pressure

The Journal of the American Medical Association reports a study of patients over 60 years of age with high blood pressure to see if simple changes in life style can help them.

They found that by restricting salt intake and by losing about 8 pounds of weight, the patients had a 53% reduction in high blood pressure requiring medication or in having a stroke or heart attack compared to patients not changing their life style.

Follow these simple modifications and improve your chance of survival.
