Immunizing Children

We all agree that immunizing our children is very important.

The Journal of the American Medical Association now tells us that vaccinating our children is so important it can be done even when the child has a minor illness.

A study of 386 youngsters between 15 and 24 months of age showed that the protective effect of the shot was just as good whether the child was well or had a minor illness.

We must vaccinate more of our children and that's why the Greater Cleveland Wellness Coalition is preparing to launch an immunization education campaign soon.

Watch for details.
