Vitamin B-6 & Folate

With Valentine's Day approaching, here is something good for that special woman's heart.......B Complex Vitamins with Folate.

Specifically, Vitamin B6 and Folate have been shown to significantly reduce coronary heart disease in women!!!!

These findings are from the Journal of the American Medical Association and are derived from a study of 80,000 female nurses.

Those who had the highest intake of these vitamins had about half the coronary heart disease as those with the lowest intake.

The authors recommend 400 micrograms of Folate and 3 milligrams of B6 per day.

Also sounds good for us men!!!!!
