The Case Department of Neuro-Ophthalmology is one of the
premier programs in the country. The Cleveland VA has a
state of the art Ocular Motility Laboratory directed by
Dr. L. Dell'Osso.
Dr. Robert B. Daroff and
Dr.
R. John Leigh are internationally recognized
experts Neuro-Ophthalmology, with
Dr. Leigh's book the
standard in the field. There is a robust research
program at the VA together with
Dr. John Stahl and
colleagues. At UH, clinical neuro-ophthalmology very
active under the direction of
Dr. James Bates
who runs a monthly conferences and whom many residents
rotate with during their third or fourth years.
