ELIGIBILITY:                                  

Graduates of Accredited Residencies in:

- Family Medicine

- Combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

LENGTH OF TRAINING: One year (12 months)

SIZE OF FELLOWSHIP: Three Urgent Care Fellows each academic year

FELLOWSHIP START DATE: August 1st of each academic year
