Quality Group Awards were presented at the 2014 Employee Appreciation Dinner on Saturday, December 6 at the Wyndham Hotel. Dr. Kurt Lu presented the awards with Kim Sanders, the Department Manager.
Group Publication Award went to Dr. Elma Baron’s Skin Study Staff: Dr. Amanda Suggs, Mary Consolo and Jenne Pexa.
Patient Satisfaction Award was presented to the Concord Group for the second year in a row! The Press Ganey report was used to determine the winner of this award. Concord ranked the highest for patient satisfaction and for greatest improvement in patient satisfaction of all our sites
The Quality Improvement Award was presented to the Bolwell Team. Bolwell was recognized because they impacted quality by identifying the drivers of improving quality including engagement of all staff from team building, improving patient satisfaction and workflow improvements.
The Quality Improvement Plan for 2015 Award was presented to the Westlake Team because the developed a plan to improve the education and resources for patients in the community as well as a metrics for measuring patient outcomes.
All the groups received a plaque and a luncheon gift certificate.
