Most of the information that applies to MSA applies to this disease also, and I would recommend use of the same resources. I do not yet know of any organizations specifically targetted for this disorder.
A pediatric cardiology lab at New York Medical College has posted a good site with information that applies to adults as well.
The New York site also addresses autonomic aspects of this subject.
Most sites are advertising a service or product. Less commercial information can be found by the excessive sweating group, and the sympathectomy group.
The Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Society of America (RSDSA) is the main national organization with many local chapters listed.
Our treatment center, the UH Pain Center, has a special interest in the management of RSD. Interdisciplinary evaluations occur on Wednesday mornings.

The Fibromyalgia Society contains general information. Many links are listed at a private fibromyalgia site. This disorder often requires combined autonomic and pain management. Our UH Pain Center Site has some additional information.

B. International Autonomic Society has only meeting and job information. No clinical or patient information.
C. American Academy of Neurology contains great information about many topics, including autonomic function.

A. Washington University in St Louis has excellent anatomic (start with thalamus) and physiologic (start with neuromuscular) information in their on-line course material.
