Major Job Duties
- Serves as Director of the Center for the Advancement of Medical Learning which supports students and faculty in their efforts to pursue excellence in learning, teaching, and educational scholarship.

- Provides expertise in educational testing and measurement which includes the construction and interpretation of performance-based measures of student performance, including multiple choice tests, behavior checklist ratings, and patient-based clinical skills exams. Serves as NBME Executive Chief Proctor
- Supports externally funded programs by designing, implementing, and administering program evaluation outcomes assessment. Recent grant support includes Clinical Science Translation Award (CTSA), Case/Cleveland Clinic Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Scholars Training Program, Essentials of Cancer Genetics, Clinical Transaction Development Pathway.
