Clinical & Translational Science Collaborative

KLARA K. PAPP, PhD

Serves as Director of Program Evaluation for the Clinical Translational Science Collaborative and is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering program evaluation outcomes assessment. She works with each Core Function of the CTSC to ensure that assessments measure the proposed aims and goals of each core. In addition, she administers a Core Directors and Executive Committee Questionnaire assesses relationships among Core functions and analyzes the data using social network analysis.
Serves as Director of the Center for the Advancement of Medical Learning which supports students and faculty in their efforts to pursue excellence in learning, teaching, and educational scholarship.
Provides expertise in educational testing and measurement which includes the construction and interpretation of performance-based measures of student performance, including multiple choice tests, behavior checklist ratings, and patient-based clinical skills exams. Serves as Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine's NBME Executive Chief Proctor.
