research concierge

The Research Concierge is the entry point in the CTSC and facilitates access to all CTSC services. The goal of this office is to streamline the process of obtaining regulatory advice and technologic consultation, identify the resources throughout the four institutions that can support the research project, assist inexperienced research investigators in navigating the complex processes, identify the potential use of the CTSC core facilities and triage the project appropriately. The Research Concierge will also track the requests entering the system and provide reports to the CTSC leadership summarizing the utilization of the cores and other CTSC resources as well as the trends in utilization and requests for support not currently included in the CTSC.
