Finding Support and Funding
The CTSC is interested in patient-based research that engages the community and will help support it with resources and funding, or facilitate connections to other sources of support:
- Any research initiative undertaken in collaboration with the CTSC may access the many services provided by our Core Resources, as well as other resources. For guidance, contact the Research Concierge Service at: ctsc-research-concierge@case.edu. Put "Using CTSC Resources" in the subject line.
- To stimulate new research and new researchers, the CTSC provides Pilot Grant Funding; research that engages the community is a strong candidate for available funding. Explore the link above and contact the CTSC at: ctsc-pilot-coordinator@case.edu.
- Funds aimed toward community-based research may be available through a developing program, or through CTSC partnership with a community organization or health-interest association. For current information, contact the Executive Director at: ctsc-executive-director@case.edu. Put "Community Grant" in the subject line.
If you have an idea for how the CTSC can further its efforts to engage a broad community in biomedical research efforts, or if you are an organization that would like to partner with us, please contact the Executive Director at: ctsc-executive-director@case.edu. Put "Community Partnering" in the subject line.
