Community Support & Funding

The Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative (CTSC) is passionate about patient-based research that engages the community and will help facilitate as well as support it with resources and funding.

Any research initiative undertaken with CTSC collaboration has access to the many CTSC services. For example, to stimulate new research and new researchers, the CTSC provides Pilot Grant Funding. Research that engages the community is a strong candidate for this available funding. Also, funds targeting community-based research may be available through a developing program, or through a CTSC partnership with a community organization or health-interest association.
