Application Procedure
Candidates for the CRSP Master's Program will be required to submit the following set of documents by April 15th of the academic year of expected enrollment. Our academic year begins July 1 and the initial course CRSP 401 starts after Independence Day. To enroll in CRSP 401 as a non-degree student or postgraduate auditor, please refer to the following web page CRSP 401.
The Admissions Committee will review all applications and arrange interviews. The committee will select the candidates who will be offered positions. Training program directors and research mentors will be notified concurrently with the candidates.
CRSP M.S. Application Packet
- Completed online application form that includes a personal statement describing the reason for seeking admission along with a summary of career goals submitted through College Net - please see https://www.applyweb.com/apply/cwrug/menu.html for additional instructions. A non refundable application fee of $50 is required to submit an online application to Case Western Reserve University
- Three sealed recommendation letters or online recommendation forms
- A recent curriculum vitae including previous research experience if any
- Letters of support from training director (or department chairperson) and research mentor ensuring protected time
- Official transcripts for all higher education degrees
- Photograph (digital preferred to nac48@case.edu)
- Visa/Permanent Resident Card/ECFMG (if applicable)
