Navigating the Challenge of Acute Decompensated Heart Failure: Co-Morbidity Management and New Guidelines will take place on February 12, 2010, 7:15am-2:30pm at MetroHealth Medical Center, Scott Auditorium. This course is designed to provide current evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) and its associated co-morbidities (cardiorenal syndrome, arrhythmias, sleep apnea, hyponatremia) through lecture, panel discussion, case presentations and interactive learning stations.

This course is open to physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists and residents who manage patients with acute decompensated heart failure. As part of the course, participants will have the unique opportunity to explore a variety of learning stations that allow hands-on participation with diagnostic tools and innovative treatment options for acute decompensated heart failure and its associated co-morbidities.
