Individuals who work and study on the Health Sciences Campus have the opportunity to participate in smoking cessation classes through the Case Wellness Program Initiative.
The Freedom From Smoking® (FFS) program is an eight-week cessation class designed by the American Lung Association and sponsored by the Cleveland Department of Public Health. FFS operates on the premise that smoking is a learned behavior and focuses on redirection of that behavior. A wave of FFS courses begins May 3rd. For more information and to register, send an e-mail to Tthomas@city.cleveland.oh.us.
