Welcome
The goal of the division of Cardiovascular Medicine is to build an interactive cardiovascular research program that spans critical areas of cardiology: vascular and ischemic disease; myopathy and heart failure; and arrhythmia and conduction defects. The research is complimentary and in some way involves virtually every person in the division, at both UHC and the VAMC. The research also involves faculty and trainees in other divisions (Oncology, Endocrinology, Pulmonary, and General Medicine); and other departments (Physiology and Biophysics, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering and Bioelectricity, and Radiology). |
