This could be a normal heart beat and rate for a regular adult exercising or shortly after exercise. Again, you should hear S1 followed by S2. Each sound is short and sharp. This heart beat could also be abnormal because of its high rate, although it still demonstrates normal sinus rhythm. Again, you should hear S1 followed by S2. Each sound is short and sharp. Any rate above 100 beats per minute is defined as tachycardia in an adult. Although children normally have higher heart rates the younger they are, even normal newborns do not have heart rates above about 140 beats per minute. The maximum heart rate is approximately 220 beats/minute minus a person's age. During exercise your heart rate should not exceed 90% of its maximum rate.
A thorough history and physical along with laboratory tests, especially including an EKG would be warranted in a patient presenting at rest with the heart beat heard here.
