SPARK INSTANT MESSENGER

Skip if your notebook was set up by Administrative Computing

1. Go to the SoftwareCenter website at: https://softwarecenter.case.edu
2. Scroll down until you find Spark Instant Messenger.
3. Click on the Mac OS X logo.
4. At the next page, click Download.
5. After the file has downloaded, move the Spark application from the Desktop to the  Applications folder
6. To start the Spark, double-click on the Spark icon in the Applications folder.
   1. Login with your CaseNetworkID as Username and its Password.
   2. Click OK.
