TIMELINE

Class of 2013

• April 27th:
  
  
• Visit the Student website off of the CaseMED home page and follow the link below Class of 2013 for information on notebooks for this year's students.

• May 8th:



• Visit your iApply page and select the model of notebook that you want.
  
  

• May 15th:



• Begin signing up for one of the required Computer Distribution and Orientation sessions.

• May 29th:



• Deadline for ordering first round of notebooks and guaranteeing the best price and delivery by the start of classes.
• We will place the order for the notebooks shortly after this date.

• June 15th through July 8th:



• We will place additional orders every week or so for students who are on waitlists. However, we can not promise that these orders will receive the same bulk discount or that the laptops will arrive and be set up in time for the start of classes. We have a limited number of loaner laptops and will do our best to accommodate everyone.

• July 6th, 7th & 8th:



• We will offer a several opportunities for students to attend a Computer Orientation class (2-3 hours), during which students will receive their notebook computers and finish the initial configuration to work on the Case network. Students will only need to attend one of these sessions.

• July 9th:



• School starts.
