INFORMATION FOR CLASS OF 2013

June 11-12th: On Monday June 8th, Apple announced new 13" MacBook Pro and 15" MacBook Pro specifications. We asked for an updated price quote based on the new laptops. As a result, please visit the Notebook Comparison Table to see the new prices. These prices will remain in effect until June 23, 2009. Any student wishing to change their order, please do so, via your iApply page, as soon as possible. July 9th is coming soon and we need to place the orders, receive the laptops and get them set up VERY soon. The first order for Apple laptops went out today.

June 4th: We have decided to postpone the first order of Apple laptops. Next Monday is the start of Apple's annual WWDC conference. It is possible that Apple might announce an upgrade in their laptop line. We will take a big chance and hold off our first order until we see what happens Monday.

June 1st: The first of the Dell laptops have been ordered. We will place weekly orders from here on out.

May 27th: The web page for registering for your Computer Distribution & Orientation Session is now open. You MUST attend one of the available sessions.

May 19th: New FAQ page update - What should I do if I'm on a waitlist for another schoool?

May 8th: The web page for ordering your laptops is now online. Go to your iApply page and find the link there.

May 6th: Major News! Students ordering Macs will get an 8GB iPod Touch for FREE. Students ordering Dells will be able to purchase an 8GB iPod Touch for $149 (regular price $229). The NoteBook Comparison Table has now been updated with all of the information, including prices. There are several additions and changes on the FAQ page. The FAQ page is very important, PLEASE read it!

May 4th: Notebook Comparison Table updated. Prices coming soon! Updated the FAQ page.

May 1st: Follow us on @CaseMED_IT. We will not spam you. You'll be the first to get news announcements.

April 30th: Received pricing information from Apple yesterday. We expect to receive pricing information from Dell today or tomorrow. Will post the specs and information shortly. Watch for a very exciting announcement.

April 20th: Updated information for Dell laptops on the Comparison page. Not all information is complete as we are still negotiating with the vendors and waiting on their final specifications and prices.

Within this website, there are numerous pages to help you find information about the various notebook options available to you. Please review these pages before selecting which model notebook that you want to use for the next four years.

The iApply website webpage enabling you to place your order for your notebook computer will be open in May.

All students MUST attend one of several Computer Distribution and Orientation sessions. We recommend any of the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday sessions as the Thursday session is very early in the morning and will be rushed. You will need your laptops for a session later Thursday morning to learn about the eCurriculum. Register for your session by following the link at the right.
