May 1st:

  • Visit the student website off of the CaseMED home page and follow the link below Class of 2019 for information on laptops for this year's students.

May 15th:

  • Visit your iApply page and select the model of laptop that you want.

May 27th:

  • Deadline for ordering first round of laptops and guaranteeing the best price and delivery by the start of classes
  • We will place the orders for the first batch of laptops shortly after this date.

June 2nd:

  • Begin signing up for one of the required Computer Distribution and Orientation sessions.

June 2nd through July 6th:

  • We will place additional orders every week or so for students who are on waitlists. However, we can not promise that these orders will receive the same bulk discount or that the laptops will arrive and be set up in time for the start of classes. We have a limited number of loaner laptops and will do our best to accommodate everyone.

June 22nd

  • Deadline for receiving shipped laptops which will be set up in time for the start of classes. All laptops received after this date will be set by the end of the week of July 20th.

June 29th through July 8th

  • We will offer a several opportunities for students to attend a required Computer Orientation class (less than an hour), during which students will receive their notebook computers and finish the initial configuration to work on the Case network. Students will only need to attend one of these sessions. Students who are part of the BYOD Pilot may require a longer orientation session as we will have to install all software and computer settings manually.

July 8th:

  • Orientation & Classes start.
