• Step 1: Download the profile from http://casemed.case.edu/admin_computing/iPod-iPhone/CaseMED.mobileconfig and click install
• Step 2: Click Install Now
• Step 3: Enter "noemail" for the "exchange server email address" Email will be set up later, the exchange is for Calendar and Contact sync
• Step 4: Enter your Case ID @case.edu for the Exchange Server username
• Step 5: Enter your Case Google password for the Exchange Server password
• Step 6: Enter your Case ID @case.edu for the IMAP Server E-Mail Address
• Step 7: Enter your Case ID @case.edu for the IMAP Server username
• Step 8: Enter your Case Google password for the IMAP Server password
• Step 9: Enter your Case ID @case.edu for the SMTP Server username
• Step 10: Enter your Case Google password for the SMTP Server password
• Step 11: Enter your Case ID for the VPN username
• Step 12: Enter your Case password for the VPN password
• Step 13: Enter a passcode for locking/unlocking the device
• Step 14: Re-enter the same passcode for locking/unlocking the device
• Step 15: Click Done
• Step 16: From the main iPod screen, click on Settings, then click "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
• Step 17: Click on "Case Google Calendar"
• Step 18: Adjust slider to turn "OFF" the "Mail" part of Exchange ActiveSync. Email was configured separately.
