MetroHealth Medical Center

MetroHealth Medical Center (MHMC) is a 728-bed hospital facility, acknowledged as one of the finest public hospitals in the country. This institution is an integral part of the CWRU otolaryngology education program.

It is a referral center for tertiary care and is one of two Level I trauma centers in Northeast Ohio. It operates MetroLife Flight, an emergency medical air transport service, as well as a regional burn center.

MetroHealth’s Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) provides comprehensive medical and surgical services and is a leader in care of patients with ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders.
